My favourite part is that the lists can be customised and saved so I’ve adapted some of mine to be more relevant for me. The Mother of all Checklists is totally free and covers everything from pregnancy right through to toddler tantrums so you can always feel prepared. I found it so useful when Sienna went through her first development leap and was crying a lot more, I used the ‘why is my baby crying list’ to check off all the things that could be upsetting her and tips for how I could try soothing her in those moments.
