One of my favorite easy things to make for lunch; miso soup with angel hair, scallions, walnuts, and pickled garlic. The key in making miso soup is to not use very hot water, so that the miso cultures aren’t killed. And angel hair/cappellini is great when you’re hungry and impatient, as it cooks in a few minutes.
