Be decisive and assertive, but sweet and kind. Don’t avoid your past, you need to talk about it. Focus on your goals, and update them often. Don’t settle. Don’t make excuses for yourself, be accountable. Treat every single person around you with respect and decency. Forgive yourself, forgive others. Have high expectations, but leave room mistakes.
