Bring your pasta water to boil. Melt a good amount of salted butter in a pan, add very small diced garlic, let it simmer for a minute, add a handful of small sage leaves, let it soak on low heat and keep stirring for ca 5 minutes, until all the aroma unfolds. (Is your pasta water boiling now? Add pasta if yes (add some salt and olive oil to your boiling water. Cook until aldente. The olive oil will keep your pasta from sticking to each other)).
Now add the gently picked apart mushroom to your pan and stir it in your sage butter until brown and almost crispy. Taste and add some salt if needed, add some black pepper too. Put your pasta in a bowl and add your butter sage mushrooms on top. YUM. 🖤✨🍄🌿
