When I started my IG years and years ago, I would never imagine myself to come this far with nature colours, forests, communities, local food, cultures and raising awareness for the environment. Looking at this mushroom photo I took earlier, I was like wow, me 10 years ago was taking pictures of makeup and outside materials, damn and now it’s me admiring at these beautiful mushrooms and question myself how they are important to the ecosystem? Time changed, people change I guess, and really I’ve been so much happier! For the past two years I have visited Chiangdao, north of Thailand for many many times, learning the nature way has completed me as a whole, and this time it’s even better! Staying here for a month after realizing so much shit we have caused to the world during COVID lockdown in a small concrete room in Bangkok, I’m so glad to finally be breathing free, laughing with the people who live here, learn their ways and re connect back with nature. @monjirawan and @oaknornlen have been creating Chiangdao classrooms for us to understand the real human way and I’m so glad to be able to put in my new knowledge on nature colours to the table! #pearypiesmileycamp is officially joining the team!
