Today is #worldelephantday let’s celebrate these magnificent beings and make a pledge never to ride, hug, bathe/wash or have a selfie with them ever again and to research ethical venues with non breeding policies that are observational and educational only! Elephants suffer terribly, are taken away from their mothers as babies and are bred in captivity, they suffer abuse all of their lives and have their spirits crushed to make them submissive. They are removed from their natural habitat all for profit and for our entertainment! We have the power to end this! Let’s press the reset button and build back better to not only protect our wildlife and nature but for our own health and our planet!
