Handling increase of business, emails, & new attention while still processing grief, fear, & hurt in this country is ALOT. . So I had to remind myself why I’m working so hard. . I took some deep breaths, got outside with some amazing women this weekend, and prayed to God for the blueprint of peace. . Talked with God & my ancestors. Now i’m ready to make the slow and steady steps to this new world I’m entering. . I ask that you have compassion, well intentions beyond your desires for others, and a kind heart for us right now. . We are handling a lot of trauma and apart of being an ally is supporting us through our emotional, overwhelmed feelings. .
