The goal here was to gain healthy weight in order to gain more muscle mass in my glutes and then lean out while retaining as much of the gained muscle mass as possible. I achieved this transformation by using my Resistance Bands with my Lean & Tone and Nutrition Guides. Something I really want to stress the importance of is that when you want to gain muscle or size YOU WILL GAIN FAT! I repeat you will gain fat and you will gain it everywhere. We can’t control where fat is gained and how much of it is gained in certain areas. Some people gain more in their arms while others gain more in their midsection. I still love my body on the left and have learned to love it during every goal or life hurdle that’s thrown my way. I’ve also learned that you can still love yourself but not like what you see in the mirror and do something about it.
