After cooled, shucked and tossed in butter, @flavorgod garlic lovers + fresh chopped parsley on the @traegergrills for some smoke at 250 for 15min in my new @mcmurryhandforged carbon steel skillet 🔥 set aside to cool and used my skillet to make the Alfredo sauce (cause the more uses of the skillet the better for it👌🏼)⁠⠀ ~Lobster Stew Alfredo Sauce~⁠⠀ I thawed out a jar of my homemade smoked lobster stew half&half broth from my last cook for this 🤤1.5sticks of butter melted into approx 3 cups of that rich creamy buttery garlicy lobster stew on low heat. Turned heat up to medium till simmer and then added about 1 cup shredded finely shredded Parmesan cheese + 1 cup @sargentocheese 6 cheese Italian and whisked until thickened. Pasta was boiled in lightly salted water and partially cooked then drained.⁠⠀ Placed my @mcmurryhandforged skillet back out on the Traeger at 350 and added the pasta + lobster meat and mixed until all pasta was coated w/ sauce to smoke another 10-15min mixing once.
