I find Fishing is a hobby that really helps improves my mental health. If you’re in a stressful possition in your life or you’re dealing with any kind of mental health issue’s try and find a positive outlet that improves your mental state. It could be fishing or it could be anything else! This is why I’m proud to be behind the #takeafriendfishing & #rippleeffect campaign in conjunction with the Angling Trust, the EA. The initiative is all about anglers taking someone who has never tried fishing to the bank, with no need to get a rod license.
