1/4 cup coconut flour⁠
3/4 cup almond flour⁠
1/2 tsp xanatam gum⁠
1 tsp baking powder⁠
2 tbsp Flavor God Pizza seasoning⁠
1/4 cup parmesan cheese⁠
4 tbsp butter⁠
1 cup mozzarella cheese⁠
2 eggs⁠
4 tbsp cream cheese.⁠
Mix all of the dry ingredients together with the parmesan cheese.⁠
Take the butter, mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese melt it together in microwave safe bowl.⁠
Combine cheese mixture with dry ingredients this will be hard to do, so you may have to reheat and mix with hands.⁠
Form 4 dough balls and pat down to make them flat, but not too much because you will want them fluffy. Take whatever pizza ingredients you want and place on one side and then mold the other dough ball on top of ingredients on first bagel making sure none of the ingredients show, and the sides are seamless so it doesn’t melt out in oven. You can use egg wash to mold together if you like. Puncture a hole in middle making sure the filling doesn’t show you can take extra dough and line the opening so the ingredients don’t melt out from the middle. Place the two on parchment paper and put whatever toppings you want. Bake for 20-25 minutes.⁠
