Now self-contained in Orlando's "The Bubble", the pro basketball season has resumed not just subject to a pandemic and audience-free gameplay, but the unprecedented civil rights and justice movement afoot. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A number of players have participated in demonstrative calls for change, taking a knee during the national anthem, for instance, or with statements for social change styled onto jerseys instead of their respective names (i.e. #SayHerName, “Education Reform”) . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For yesterday’s game, Flaunt alum @JimmyButler, photographed here by @BrianHigbee in 2017, elected to leave his jersey nameless.
