And this fact makes me want to do everything in my power/privilege to make sure that doesn’t happen again. I’m currently registered to vote by mail in the state of Washington so that it gives me the freedom to receive my ballot in my own home and not fear long lines with a toddler or the threat of COVID. I get to take my own damn time with it and triumphantly walk the ballot to my mailbox. This is the best case scenario for me , as I’m sure it is for most of you!
