I actually worked as a nurse/midwife previously but made the decision last year to switch careers and pursue design instead ( I still can’t believe I did it be honest, but I don’t regret it at all!) . I really enjoy showing people ways to make the most of their homes. I rent my current home, and for years I believed that because it was rented I shouldn’t decorate it or make it look nice. I was wrong of course (and starting to get very fed up magnolia walls and weathered carpets) . A home should feel like a home... regardless of who owns it! On the back of that Idea, I wrote a book called Home Sweet Rented Home and started the @howirent_ series: a platform that celebrates renters from all over decorating their homes. .
