The unmarked pick up truck hadn’t even stopped when shots were fired. This is a literal drive by. Now the Vallejo Police Department allowed the destruction of critical evidence to Sean’s murder. The same unmarked vehicle has now been repaired and back on the streets. The family’s demands now are: the release of all footage from the night of Sean’s murder, fire and convict Jarret Tonn for the murder of Sean, and arrest the officers involved with the destruction of evidence, the VPOA to lift the restraining order on the names of all officers involved with Sean’s murder, and lastly, CA State Attorney General Xavier Becerra to conduct a thorough investigation on the entire murder of Sean Monterrosa and investigate the entire Vallejo Police Department.
