COVID-19 has created many challenges across the world. One of the most significant being the need for medical services. @ifema_madrid saw this challenge and stepped up to solve it by turning into a temporary hospital. In coordination with the community of Madrid, Madrid City Council, and armed forces, IFEMA turned exhibition halls into the largest field hospital in the country which had an overwhelmingly positive impact on fighting this virus. Within a day 1,300 beds and 96 ICU stations were set up and thousands of people with COVID-19 were treated. ❤️ Although IFEMA is not normally associated with providing medical services, it was time to step up and make a difference. ⠀⠀
