Y en a PAS 🤷🏻♀️, y en a pas une qui soit meilleure que l’autre. Y a juste la méthode qui te convient le mieux. J’adore comprendre, essayer et réussir les mouv comme les ont imaginés les ouvreurs à la base 🤓 mais là, c’est clairement le reta sur talon tout bizarre qui marchait le mieux pour moi 🤪 #anticonformisme
