My buddy @painkillercam posted this and it’s awesome. Just sharing 🥰 Because flying a confederate flag is, not only a slap in the face to black people and everyone who doesn’t believe in, ya know, celebrating oppression... it’s also cheating history. You lose, your flags come down. You lose, your statues come down. Stick them all in a museum, for sure- don’t erase history even if it’s ugly. But you don’t get to proudly fly your bullshit flag of a fallen regime. I don’t see Nazi flags (well, I do, but not in a town square) or statues of Hitler or Sadam or Stalin... you lose, you things come down. No more for you for you are no more.
