You were always prepared and a pro, and when action was called, you took no prisoners. You were the mother, the anchor, the beating heart of our show. Everyone who got to do scene work with you was made a better actor by just being there with you. The young cast worshipped you. The writers knew they could write anything and you would make it all work. Everyone was so excited when they got to work with you. I can’t believe we will be going back to work and looking at your office set will be....well....very difficult but I’ll always remember laying in there with you between scenes and talking about Josey and life, and going through the millions of pages of weird notes that you took during your scenes to your imaginary assistant Renata who lived in your desk. Yes. That’s how stupid we were. Please, oh please let those notes still be there when we get back. But there will be a hole blown through our family that we will strive everyday to fill in with the love and adoration the entire Step Up family felt for you.
