GUCCI’S TONGUE-IN-CHIC! 🌸 @alessandro_michele’s continued fascination with BOHEMIA and irony with fashion shone through at this morning's Resort 2021 presentation. After announcing that the brand will no longer adhere to the traditional fashion week calendar, the Italian label bid farewell to an era of seasonal fashion with a lineup appropriately titled ‘Epilogue’. Presented in the form of a 12-hour live stream, the show served as a retrospective of some of Michele’s own design motifs from the past 5 years, conveying the notion that fabulous pieces extend beyond one season. Presented on the actual Gucci design team in lieu of models, the collection features nods to the ‘70s, bringing a burst of vibrancy and Italian flair.
