It's an autobiographic project divided in chapters where my relationship with my hometown Napoli is the focus. I always talk about it but I was in fact missing a visual evidence of it. The title means “What you’re wearing isn’t yours” and I got it from the first ever recognized Neapolitan song sung in Neapolitan language from the late 1200s which was a chant that washerwomen in Napoli would perform whilst working. In this first chapter I focused on connections: between me and my family, my relationship with clothes and the acceptance of my roots.
