So we're pulling up with some updates from our team on ACTIONS we've taken since May 29th -- read on to find out. INTERNAL CHANGES — We closed our offices on June 5th and Juneteenth to give our team time off to participate, learn/unlearn, and join the movement against racism — We pulled up and shared our diversity numbers. We admit we need to do more; we will continue to hold ourselves accountable to this change — We held discussions as a team on how we can support anti-racist causes as an organization and create a more inclusive and supportive company culture — We've shifted our HR and recruitment practices to create a more inclusive and diverse team by recruiting from diversity-driven career sites, and finding interns from colleges with above average BIPOC enrollments MONETARY ACTIONS — Moved by @thelovelandfoundation initiative of supporting Black women and children in need of therapy, we donated $50,000 to the cause — We sponsored a Juneteenth giveaway to share love for some beautiful Black-owned businesses, @briogeo, @bychari and @uomabeauty PARTNERSHIPS — We partnered with @seangarrette for a Story takeover and @Beauty4BrownSkin on a fun giveaway — We're also looking to incorporate more diverse content creators, talent and Influencers - please help us by tagging your favorite accounts and we'll slide into their DMs after this We are sharing these updates with our followers because we are proud of our growth as a team, but we also know that there's a lot more work to do in our ongoing promise of true allyship. 🖤」7月17日 10時06分
