In this class we open with one of my favorite breathing techniques, Pranayama, called Nadi Shodhana, an alternate nostril breathing technique. It helps to reduce stress, cleanse the body of toxins and equalize the balance between our left and right sides. It is a powerful and useful tool for anyone to use!
