Ich bin dankbar für alle Momente, die mir der Sport ermöglicht hat, die Freundschaften, die ich geschlossen habe und dass ich die positive Entwicklung des Frauenfußballs über Jahre lang miterleben durfte. Am Sonntag, den 30.8. 2020, werde ich mein letztes Spiel für RB Leipzig im Landespokalfinale absolvieren. Ich werde dem schönsten Sport der Welt jedoch weiterhin erhalten bleiben und als Individualtrainerin versuchen, den Frauenfußball bei RB Leipzig durch meine Erfahrung weiter nach vorn zu bringen.Ich bedanke mich bei allen Vereinen, Sponsoren, Fans und Förderern, meinem langjährigen Berater @dietmar_ness und ganz besonders bei meiner Familie, die mir das ermöglicht haben. Eure Anja Mittag Goodbye 👋🏼⚽️ After 18 eventful years, in competitive sports, I have decided that this season will be my last as an ‘active’ player. I am grateful for all the moments that futbol has made possible for me, the friendships that I have made, and how I was able to experience the positive development of women's football throughout the years. On Sunday, August 30th 2020, I will be playing in my last game for RB Leipzig in the National (Sachsen) Cup final. However I will continue to be involved, with the most beautiful sport in the world, and try as an individual trainer to bring women's football forward with my knowledge and experience for RB Leipzig. I would like to thank all the clubs, sponsors, fans, and supporters! Plus, of course, my longstanding advisor Dietmar Ness and especially my family, who made everything possible for me.
