Plyometrics: one of the most extensive and functional exercises for runners. 🙌🏽
They can be simple enough and VERY effective. Plyo’s help to improve muscle strength, power, efficiency, explosiveness AND endurance ⚡️(wow, I know)

This is by far my favourite plyo exercise - hurdle jumps. Simple + fun 💃🏻 I did 3 sets of 5 jumps here.
