Try to create some form of ritual/habit which you do everyday to set yourself up for a more positive day. Many people make their beds, some wish their Facebook friends happy birthday, some hit snooze for that extra sleep recovery. I admit I don't make my bed as often as I should... that being said a while ago I started doing a few pusbups as soon as my feet hit the ground upon getting out of bed. Upon completing this I am more awake, and have already accomplished something. This puts me in a better mood and my days have been better. Lastly with these little things its imperative you start small. Start with one tiny task you are 100% capable of performing everyday. That way, you're setting yourself up for success and aren't going to feel overwhelmed by some huge task.
