I always hear people tell me when they see my posts about workouts how strong I am, and how nice it must be to be such a great athlete. But I didn’t become that athlete overnight, it’s taken so much work and commitment, eating right, committing myself to training on the ice and in the gym, and going after things that I have the ability to control.
you to have that ability! The cool thing is we all have that ability. So remember you are powerful beyond measure, and you’re able to achieve pretty much anything if you’re willing to work for it! Let’s get out and do our best! 😋
