INGREDIENTS:  ½ Naturegg Simply Egg Whites ½ Cup vanilla almond beverage ½ Cup plain Greek Yogurt  2 Cups baby spinach or kale 1.5 Cups frozen blueberries or mixed berries 1 Ripe banana  ½ Cup crushed ice 2 tsp flaxseed oil 1 tsp honey (optional to taste)  DIRECTIONS: Place the egg whites, vanilla almond beverage, yogurt, spinach, blueberries, banana, ice, flax oil into a blend. Prep Time = 5 minutes
