Prep Time = 5 minutes
Makes = 2 servings
Cook Time = 0 minutes (I know!)
INGREDIENTS:
½ Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
½ Cup vanilla almond beverage
½ Cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 Cups baby spinach or kale
1.5 Cups frozen blueberries or mixed berries
1 Ripe banana
½ Cup crushed ice
2 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp honey (optional to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Place the egg whites, vanilla almond beverage, yogurt, spinach, blueberries, banana, ice, flax oil into a blend. Blend, stopping to stir as needed for 2 minutes or until smooth and combined. Serve it up! You can also make it your own by subbing in ingredients!
