I just received a notification on my calendar today that tomorrow I would be heading out for Tokyo to possibly be competing in my final Olympic Games. Am I bummed? Honestly... no... the past four months have had a lot of really great high highs and very hard low lows but I would not change it. We have been able to have so many more days like today spending time as a family and growing closer to one another and most importantly to our creator. It’s been a season of learning. A season of prioritizing and for all you parents... a season of forced increasing in patience. I wouldn’t change it.
