PREPARATION: . ・Put gelatin in water in a heat resistant container ・Place a cooking sheet on the mold . DIRECTIONS: . 1. Put cream cheese in a heat resistant bowl and heat it in a microwave oven 200w (or thawing mode) for 1-2 minutes to soften it. When it gets soft, mix with a whisk. When it becomes creamy, add granulated sugar, yogurt, and fresh cream in half, and mix each time (* Add in two times each). Finally, add lemon juice and mix.  2. Melt soft gelatin by heating it in a microwave oven for 600 seconds for 20 seconds. Add 1 to about 2 tablespoons and mix it, then return to 1 bowl and mix.  3. Add matcha to the bowl while sifting with a tea strainer, add 1 tablespoon of hot water little by little and dissolve the matcha so that no lumps remain. Once melted, add about 1/4 of 1 and mix. 4. Pour 1 into 4 round shape, and pour 3 matcha dough on it. Mix with a bamboo skewer to make a marble pattern. 5. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more and harden.  6. Enjoy! .
