While the movement can be controversial in the health & wellness field, here’s why I wholeheartedly believe in it. ❤️ These are my 4 Maltese puppies (technically not puppies anymore as they’re 8 years old 😂) we also have their mum & dad. They all have the same parents, they eat the same food, they go for the same walk every single day. Yet they are all different sizes, shapes and weights 😅 Theo is the chubby one, he’s 6kgs and considerably bigger than the rest, Nivea is the 2nd biggest and has the longest legs, Bianca is smaller than her brother & sister and Nuvies is the tiniest at around 3kgs (these are rough weights btw I can’t remember the exact numbers ⚖️😂) So what’s my point? Whether you’re a dog or a human, the same goes for all of us. We are not all supposed to look the same, weigh the same or be the same size. All my dogs are healthy, but I guarantee if I restricted Theo’s food he would be miserable 😭 If I force fed Nuvies she would be pretty unhappy too. 😔 So why do we do it to ourselves?
