This found recipe is a regular at home now. Hope you enjoy.
So, first off, see if this works for your body: Ingredients are Oat Straw, Hibiscus, Rosehip, Ashwagandha & Lemon... and Water, but... duh.
The ratio is 2 cups of boiled water to every:
2 tsp Oat Straw
1 tea bag Hibiscus
1/4 tsp powdered Rosehip
Squeezed Lemon to taste
Ashwagandha to recommended dosage
Boil water. Steep ingredients for 30 min. & serve! Hot or cold. 🍹Cheers!!
