How often should you workout per week or what is the perfect weekly workout routine?
I am trying to mix as much as possible, then I can really workout more then 5 times per week. Maybe run on Monday, yoga on Wednesday, full body workout on Thursday, bike + walk on a weekend. BTW, golf is not on my list of workouts 😂 #workout #workoutroutine #golf #golflife #gokfswing
