Working with Paul Cavaco for ‘Allure’ magazine was always exciting. The images were not based on fashion but beauty, and it was open to interpretation how to express a beauty product or part of the body. I always enjoyed letting my mind run free with these interpretations, just as it is here illustrated on Cara by makeup artist Yadim using a particular foundation. We just let the foundation flow down the face. The results are often more surprising than when photographing a straight forward fashion image showing a dress. Cara’s energy is always so amazing that she inspires you to try many different ideas on her, so the possibilities are endless. The fun in doing it is the real reward.

Trabajar con Paul Cavaco para la revista 'Allure' siempre fue emocionante. Las imágenes no se basaban en la moda sino en la belleza y estaban abiertas a interpretar cómo expresar un producto de cuidado personal o alguna parte del cuerpo. Siempre disfruté dejando que mi mente corriera libremente con estas interpretaciones, como aquí con Cara por el maquillador Yadim, usando una base. Simplemente dejamos que esta fluyera por su rostro. Los resultados son a menudo más sorprendentes que cuando se fotografía una imagen de moda que muestra un vestido. La energía de Cara siempre es tan increíble que te inspira a probar ideas diferentes, las posibilidades son infinitas. La diversión al hacerlo es la verdadera recompensa.
