On July 7th, the Electoral Justice Project of the Movement for Black Lives introduced a visionary bill, the #BREATHEAct, which will divest our taxpayer dollars from brutal, discriminatory policing and invest in a new vision of safety and justice: a vision that allows all people to thrive and be represented and free.
