THE NEW WAKE & BAKE 🥳🔥⚡️
Try these morning activation drills to get you fired up for a great day ahead 😅 Often we procrastinate with our workouts or tasks so I find having a set routine of drills that invite me into my morning workout help me stick to it as well as wake my body up appropriately. Run through this series 2x before your next workout 🔥⚡️
1. Head lifted leg swings - 10 reps each leg
2. T Spine fire hydrants - 10 reps
3. Dead bug shoulder opener - 10 reps (1 rep = L + R)
4. Diagonal dead bug - 10 reps (1 rep = L + R)
5. Bear hold leg press - 10 reps (1 rep = L + R)
6. Single arm bear plank - 10 reps each side
7. Warmup Burpee 🤩 - 10 reps * start in down dog then roll through into high plank with a wave like motion in the spine staying high on your toes. Jump feet outside hands and jump up. Land softly then jump back into plank and push back into down dog.
