I debated if my shoulders looked too broad, my hair too flat, “is too much of my body showing?”, “is not enough of my body showing?”, and a whole host of other feelings of being too much and not enough at the same time. I think it’s the reality of working in this space that I find myself being overly critical and analytical of every detail - including my own body and looks. I still get those thoughts often and I’m learning that for me they might not ever fully go away; but I can be okay with myself, love my body, and silence the little judgements when they rear their heads.」7月7日 4時30分
