When he showed me around his studio It wasn’t at all what I was expecting. Full of dusty old manuscripts, books and other strange collectables..but not one musical instrument. When I asked him why there was not a musical instrument in sight he picked up a pencil and said to me.. ‘This is the only instrument that I need’.. he then laughed and picked up a rubber eraser and said ‘Actually no.. this is the main instrument that I use’. He later told me that the first time he ever hears the music played out loud is on the day of the recording. Until then it lives only in his head. Rest In Peace x . #enniomorricone」7月7日 0時43分
