One of my favorite weeks of the year: Summer Marché, when we then our entire pastry case into a farmers market of fresh fruit tarts. This year might be a bit different than before, but that didn’t stop us from keeping the tradition going. 😊 8 different fruit tarts with fresh fruits we’ve sourced from all over the world, and it’s looking absolutely beautiful.
