Photo by @babaktafreshi The northern lights fill the entire sky in Iceland in March 2016. In a polar latitude after a storm-level aurora activity, the sky usually becomes like this (with less vibrant colors visible to the naked eye). Rapidly pulsating faint aurora patterns are also a part of this display. I usually visit Iceland twice a year for my aurora photo workshops, but due to the pandemic I have missed being under polar skies.
