I am voluntarily recalling 4 of my 13 signature glosses:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝗪𝐇𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋? After learning that some customers have received the wrong gloss in their gloss box, we launched a full investigation immediately and found that there were in fact some mis-packs. I am not recalling these because of an issue with the formula. It’s the the wrong gloss in the wrong box that is the problem. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝗪𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐈’𝐋𝐋 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐀 𝐌𝐈𝐒-𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐒? We have produced nearly 800k glosses to since launching them in Jan 2018. In the past year we’ve produced over 600k. There have been 26 mis-packs that we know of, most being discovered by customers in the last 2 weeks. The odds of this happening to you is slim, but that does not minimize how big of a deal I think that is and how furious I am about the situation. I have a zero tolerance on this and we are working quickly to get these glosses pulled off the shelf to minimize the possibility of you getting one.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝗪𝐇𝐄𝐍? The recall is already underway. If you walk into a Target store and try to purchase one of these 4 shades right now they will not sell it to you. Please be kind and respectful to the people working in-store as it is not their decision on whether or not they can sell it to you. If you look them up on target.com you will not be able to buy these 4 at this time.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝐒𝐎 𝗪𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃? Through the investigation we found that the factory where my glosses were being kitted was trying to be as efficient as possible and work quickly to keep up. In doing so, they were packing multiple colors (on different lines) at the same time. Through human error and having multiple colors on the floor at once, some boxes were packed incorrectly. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
