I played my last show the day before lockdown in the UK. My whole team, from my DJ, my management, my choreographer, my dancers, to the production manager and my glam team are all from the UK. COVID-19 has stopped their work and their livelihoods for the foreseeable future. The UK government has not helped, or indicated that they will help, with any funding during this time. 50% of industry are going to lose their jobs and 90% of venues are going to close. We need the UK government to hear us and make a change. #letthemusicplay @caamusic
