They honestly stated they did not have the answers but were willing to seek or create opportunities as we moved forward. There were numerous roundtables, town halls, and conferences where it was evident that the athletes' wellbeing was their deepest concern. • I am grateful for their belief in my ability, for their investment in my dreams, but mostly appreciative of feeling valued.
