In the movie, there's a jury trial, and my "character" runs to a door name plated "PRESS ROOM", and I open the door and shout "The Jury's Back!!!", and there's a bunch of journalists in there all ironing their pants at ironing boards....get it? Press room. I say to Mr Reiner, "what am I supposed to do with this one line?", meaning, any fucking moron could do this. He says, "Why not try reading it?".....so I get up and do a bit, I say let's really do it. So I go outside, fling open the door, and go "The jury's.....fuck, lemme try it again".....he bursts out laughing. I say goodbye having made a legend laugh. Chris gets the call, I get the offer, which is 2 weeks sitting in the courtroom (turns out THAT'S why they were auditioning people for it), but I was booked elsewhere and couldn't do it.
