As promised Legs & Feet Part 2 Prior to a TV show my int & adv kids danced Mon, Tue, Thu and all weekend if we didn’t attend a conv/comp! So they did this L&F Technique 4 days a week. Some exercises I did every day and others I switched up. Once they knew it - NO resting, NO breaks just my voice constantly correcting! This is your very own opportunity to have that experience - I just wish I was there in person so I could properly place your legs and rotate those hips under! Let’s get back to technique!
