So many colours cero additives or chemicals. For the past 4 months eating only locally produced food has showed me how important it is what we eat and has played a huge role on how my body functions. Makes me angry that most of us have to poison ourselves on a daily basis if we decided to live in large cities where organic is not really organic and the prices has been inflated up to 3 times more it’s real value. We are what we eat, and this pandemic has showed me how sick I have been making myself for so many years when I though I was eating “organic”. I’m grateful to have grown up in Spain where the quality of food is excellent and I’m blessed to know there’s places like here in Hawaii where locally produced is still respected and has such an important role in the lives of those who live here 🙏 Mahalo」6月29日 4時34分
