Joe’s mum allowed us to pick some fresh salad leaves from her garden last night and within 20 minutes we had this beautiful Greek style salad on our plates for dinner (swipe across). For the salad we have about 6 different varieties of salad leaves and herbs, seasonal vegetables sourced from the local grocery store, Greek style vegan cheese by @violife_foods (a new discovery 👌), and some good quality extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
