Such a treat: roast turbot with langoustines, steamed new potatoes and a green salad. Just roasted the turbot in a 220°C oven for 25 minutes, plunged the langoustines in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, and peeled them while trying not to burn my hands and, after some less than expert filleting (hope my shoddy work with your beautiful fish doesn’t make you wince @rex.goldsmith!), I poured over a whisked mixture of extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest and juice, capers, Maldon salt and thyme.
