I want to thank @タラジ・P・ヘンソン for starting the Boris L Henson Foundation for mental health awareness. Since losing my father to Covid-19 and losing a job, these months have been an emotional rollercoaster for me. Thanks to Ms. Henson’s foundation, I’ve been receiving free therapy sessions! I never knew I needed therapy until I talked to a therapist. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I pray you anyone reading this is healthy and mentally well.
