Boy, did I remind myself of the true meaning of that, on this day! . So I’m in China, in a huge shopping mall for a @mdt_sh and just about an hour or so before I taught this class, Mother Nature 🌿was reallyyy going IN on me that month, you guys 😳. I had never experienced that type of pain before 🥺. Being a woman - a gift and a curse, huh!? 😆😓 #wearesostrong 💅🏼😂 . Some of the organizers were so sweet and tried to help me with some quick Chinese remedies ❤️. I was laying out with heating pads on me 🤕 and nothing seemed to be helping - I was absolutely OUT! All I could do is pray 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 But, guess what, I had not one☝🏼, but TWO ✌🏼 classes to teach, in just a few minutes! . SO, I pulled it together, went downstairs to the stage, and managed to teach and perform like nothing was wrong 💃🏼! You can even see me working the crowd in this clip, towards the end 😆 haha. I really got into it! How!? 🤷🏼‍♀️ . It’s truly a testament to the power of our MINDS 🧠. It’s not always easy, but we can do amazing things with just a MENTAL decision to push through and go for it! ☝🏼 .
